APPOINTMENT OF GENERAL MANAGER

Haike Machinery (Yantai) Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Yu Jun as General Manager, effective October 2026.

In this role, Mr. Yu will assume full responsibility for the overall management and operations of Haike and will report directly to the Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Yu brings 28 years of experience in the automotive braking industry and an exceptional depth of operational and management expertise.Throughout his career with the company, he has held leadership positions across quality,machining, foundry operations, production, plant management, sales, and general management.

His extensive cross-functional experience, deep understanding of manufacturing operations,and proven leadership have uniquely prepared him to lead Haike through its next stage of development.

As General Manager, Mr. Yu will lead the organization with a clear mandate: to strengthen operational excellence, enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality, accelerate market development, and build an even stronger and more competitive Haike for the future.

Under his leadership, Haike will remain firmly committed to delivering quality, reliability, and long-term value to our customers and partners worldwide.
