Frequently Asked Questions

A compilation of frequently asked questions to help you easily resolve any issues you may encounter

Is the quality of the brake discs produced consistent? Are there quality control measures in place?
We boast a complete production and quality‑inspection system. Our products undergo multi‑process testing to deliver consistent and stable quality. We are capable of long‑term bulk supply and support customer quality inspection and verification.

How often should brake discs be replaced?
"Under normal driving conditions, the brake discs should be inspected and replaced after 60,000-80,000 kilometres; however, in conditions such as mountain roads, heavy traffic or frequent braking, they should be checked more closely after 40,000-60,000 kilometres. If the disc surface becomes worn thin, shows visible grooves, or causes vibration or unusual noises when braking, the discs must be replaced promptly."

What causes brake disc vibration?
Brake judder is often caused by uneven wear on the brake disc or slight deformation due to high temperatures. Minor judder can be rectified by resurfacing the disc; however, if the judder is pronounced and persistent, it is advisable to replace the disc with a new one to ensure driving safety.

How is the brake disc dynamic balancing process carried out? Can it resolve the issue of vibration at high speeds?
All brake discs leaving the factory undergo fully automated, precision dynamic balancing, with strict control over product tolerances and disc surface flatness. This effectively prevents steering wheel and body vibration caused by high-speed, continuous braking, and the finished products offer far superior stability to those manufactured using conventional processes.

Is it possible to produce moulds based on the customer's technical specifications and drawings?
We offer moulding based on technical drawings, replication from samples and customisation to non-standard specifications. Our professional technical team can address a wide range of specialised technical requirements and is capable of mass-producing non-standard brake discs for special-purpose vehicles, specialised equipment and export-oriented custom orders, thereby meeting individual production needs.

What types of brake discs do you specialise in? Which car models are they compatible with?
We are a manufacturer specialising in brake discs, supplying a full range of products for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and other applications, covering all mainstream domestic, joint-venture and imported models on the market. We maintain ample stock of standard models and are able to fulfil large-volume orders; we also offer custom moulding for specific vehicle models to fully meet all supply requirements.

Is it normal for newly fitted brake discs to make a slight rattling noise?
This is to be expected. New brake discs and pads require a few hundred kilometres to bed in and settle; slight noises and a slightly soft braking feel during the initial period are both normal, and these issues will resolve themselves once the bedding-in period is complete.

What are the benefits of a long-term partnership with us?
Supplied directly from the manufacturer, with no mark-ups from intermediaries; we have ample production capacity, stable stock levels and punctual delivery times, ensuring we do not disrupt our customers’ supply schedules; our rigorous quality control makes us ideal for long-term, stable partnerships.

Are the wall thickness and dimensional tolerances of the brake discs standardised? Could there be any installation deviations?
All products are mass-produced using standardised moulds; their dimensions, wall thicknesses and bore diameters strictly adhere to the original vehicle’s standard specifications, with precise tolerance control. Products from the same batch are of uniform specification, with no dimensional deviations, and can be fitted to the vehicle directly without causing any damage.

Do you accept international trade orders and customised export orders?
We have well-established international trade supply capabilities and are able to fulfil orders from around the world. We offer customisation to export specifications, non-standard moulding and customs clearance support services. Our products comply with export quality standards and we are able to provide a stable, long-term supply to overseas markets.
